<p>今回、僕は<strong>ブレーキワイヤー前後、シフトワイヤー前後の<span class="marker-under-red">計4本のワイヤー交換</span></strong>を行いました。</p>

<p class="has-text-align-center"><span class="bold-red"><span class="marker">ブレーキワイヤー前後とシフトワイヤー前後、ほぼ手順は同じ</span></span></p>



<p>1本やれば容量がわかるので、あとはワイヤーの通りを忘れないようにスマホで撮影してしまえば比較的簡単に交換できます。</p>



<p>なので、今回<strong>この記事では後ろ側(リア)のブレーキワイヤーとシフトワイヤーの交換手順を画像付きで紹介</strong>していきますよ。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">ワイヤー交換にかかった所要時間</h4>



<p>初めてワイヤー交換した僕が、かかった時間は、ワイヤー1本で約1時間。</p>



<p>前後のワイヤー2本分だと2時間、ブレーキとシフト両方合わせると４本は単純計算で4時間ですが、徐々に慣れるので合計3時間もかかりませんでした。</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">交換初めての人はワイヤーの通りを写真で保存しておいて</h4>

<p><strong><span class="marker-red">交換が初めての人は、下記写真のように作業前にワイヤーの通り道を全てスマホで撮影しておきましょう。</span></strong>これすごく大切です。</p>

<p>↓六角を使ってワイヤーを車体から外していきます。緩めたら、バナナを外しましょう。</p>

<p>↓ブレーキレバー近くのアウターワイヤーを外します。</p>

<p>↓ブレーキレバー部分からインナーワイヤーを取る際は、下記写真のように溝を合わせれば簡単に外すことが出来ます。</p>

<p>先程外した古いアウターワイヤーのエンドキャップを外しておきます。</p>

<p>↓新しいアウターワイヤーを古い物に合わせてカット。（古い物の長さが正しい事が前提）</p>



<p>小さいワイヤーカッターだったりすると、切断面が潰れて修正に時間がかかる事があります。</p>

<p>この作業を怠るとインナーワイヤーに干渉してブレーキの効きが悪くなることがあるようなので、尖っている部分がないか確認しながら入念に行いましょう。</p>

<p>↓ブレーキレバーにインナーワイヤーを取り付けます。</p>

<p>この時、新しいインナーワイヤーの頭部分が尖っていてブレーキレバー部分にはまらなかったので、やすりで削ったところ入りました。</p>

<p>↓僕が買ったインナーワイヤーはロード（クロス）とマウンテンバイクに対応している物で、ワイヤーのお尻側は上記写真のようになっているのでカットします。</p>

<p>↓バナナを取り付けます。バナナは屈折してますが、新しく買ったバナナは内側にグリスが付いており、インナーワイヤーを通しやすかったです。</p>
